Apologia Gen. Science lab reports

    It was mentioned on another thread about doing lab reports for the experiments that are done for science. I was wondering where I can find an example of that or a form that can be used by my ds. He’s in jr. high, but I’m thinking this is something he should be doing or at least doing for practice for high school, am I correct??
