    Hello,

I am wondering if there is an easier way to do this.  I have several added resources that are ongoing throughout the school year – like piano practice, chores, etc.  I don’t want to specify divisions.  If I don’t, then the first time I check it off, the resource is finished.  What do others do for this?  Thanks for any help!

Just click “Worked On” every time that resource is done. For example, if you’re adding a chore like “Sweep the Floor” that you want Jimmy to do every day, just click “Worked On” every day. The “Worked On/Finished” bubble will be blank each new day. As soon as you want to remove that resource from your Daily Plan, click “Finished.”

That works well for short ongoing items. Too many of those Worked On boxes can get a bit unwieldy. I like to add 12 divisions, one for each month. Then we click Worked On each day and Finished at the end of the month. It’s the same concept; it just helps minimize the number of Worked On boxes on your screen. 🙂
