Yes, I order them directly from France. I think the postage was 16 euros, but I could add as many books as I wanted for that price. And once they had a promotion for free shipping for a certain set of books, and they honoured that when shipping here to QC. I added a book to that order, too, and still got free shipping, so they’re pretty good about that. Once one of my books had a major printing error; I emailed them and they priority shipped me a new one right away. If you have questions about some specific books, don’t hesitate to ask.
petitemomParticipantthanks!
We should be in Quebec on the 16th of this month, will hit a few used book sales!
I really like the look of Mission monde, considering that not for this coming school year because I need to use what I have but the following one..
MmeLabonteParticipantMission monde is for French as a second language? I’m not familiar with it at all. The publisher I linked to has only L1 materials, and especially for the reading books the children would have to be very comfortable in French. My children really enjoy the readers and I highly recommend them.
Have a good trip! 🙂
petitemomParticipantthanks!
My kids are comfortable in speaking and reading French but we have not done any grammar or writing that’s why I think I might try mission monde once I am done w/what we are doing.
My French grammar is terrible so I could not do it by myself!
I’ll keep these books in mind for extra reading…
