403 Forbidden error?

    I’ve always used Internet explorer to access SCM but yesterday I began getting this ‘403 forbidden’ error. So I tried using Mozilla this morning and I can access (obviously!). Can anyone tell me if this is due to a problem with my computer and how I can fix it, or if it’s due to changes on SCM’s end? Thanks!
