Hey Ladies, I would love your input.  I have the opportunity to read(with some helpers) a good classic book to the 1st graders at one of the local public elementary schools.  I am very excited.  The teachers are excited about this as well.  This is a great opportunity to let them experience some great literature, done the CM way with narration, and to let the teachers see what they are capable of achieving.  But, I digress.

I get to offer suggestions for what to read.  Charlotte’s Web is out as they will go through that later in the year.  I am open to any suggestion.  I don’t know if it matters any, but many of these kids are not learning English as a second language.

    Thanks, Jone
