    Hi all,

My children and I are justing getting started on CM style and the SCM curr. specifically. I am really interested in doing the 106 Days with my two older, but I fear that maybe they are too old. (ds14, ds12, ds5, and dd3) I wonder if anyone has successfully used this with older students and if so, how? Maybe, supplementing with more in depth books???? Thanks for any suggestions.

    Blessings,

    Christi,

I have not done that with older (mine were 10 and 8 at the time), but I did have a suggestion. Lifetime Books and Gifts has science books listed by Creation Day (i.e., physics books are under Day 1, etc..). That may help you with some ideas.

You’d definitely want to do some “bumping up” for those older two. I’d raid your library for books on all the topics and see what additional activity/experiment books you could come up with–Janice vanCleave has a bunch of nice ones. It might let you “round out” for everyone.
