How do I return an item for a refund?

We work hard to provide quality resources that we hope will fit your family well. However, if you are not satisfied with an item, simply return it to us within 60 days of receiving it. See below for details about specific types of items.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please get in touch with us so we can make it right.

Physical Products (Printed books, CDs, DVDs, etc.)

To return a physical product, simply mail it back to us within 60 days of receiving it. Here are a few things to keep in mind:

  1. To help us process your return quickly, please include your order number with your return. You can print a copy of the receipt from your account, or if you need help finding it, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
  2. Scratch and Dent items are non-returnable.
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot provide a pre-paid return shipping label.

We will issue a refund once we receive your returned items. Please allow up to seven business days after the return arrives at our office for the refund to be processed. 

E-books, Audio Downloads, or Other Electronic Products

We do accept returns of digital items, but we need to confirm that you are not keeping a copy of the returned item before issuing a refund. Here's what you need to do to return a digital item:

  1. Delete the file from all computers and devices where you have stored it.
  2. Delete or destroy any backup copies.
  3. Destroy any printed copies you have made. If you keep printed copies of any pages in your school records, that counts as a printed copy and the item cannot be returned until those copies have been destroyed.
  4. Contact us to let us know that you have taken the above steps.

We will issue a refund once we receive your message certifying that you have deleted the file and any copies.
