New Middle Ages Handbook and Two Bible Studies

Middle Ages, Renaissance, Reformation & Epistles: A Family Study Handbook

We hope you’ve been enjoying the series on homeschooling through high school the CM way. We are interrupting this series because we know many of you have been eagerly awaiting the arrival of three new products, and we thought you would want to know that they are here!

Middle Ages, Renaissance, Reformation & Epistles Handbook

The next handbook in our history modules is now available. Middle Ages, Renaissance, Reformation & Epistles gives the daily lesson plans for one year of history, geography, and Bible for your whole family. You can download a free sample that includes the full Contents pages, How to Use section, complete Resources Needed list, and the first ten or so lessons.

Two Bible studies are incorporated into the lesson plans of Middle Ages, Renaissance, Reformation & Epistles, or you can easily use them as stand-alone Bible studies. Details are below.

GOAL Bible Study Journal

GOAL Bible Study Journal

The GOAL Bible Study Journal is designed to walk your family through many of the epistles of the Bible, with an emphasis on being a doer of the Word.

Each week you will read through one chapter of an epistle and look for promises, commands, sins, and principles. Then you will be challenged to

Grasp this promise
Obey this command
Avoid this sin
Live this principle

throughout the week, and encouraged to give God the praise for helping you to do what His Word says.

The more than 200 pages also contain short summaries for the epistles with important dates for your Book of Centuries and suggested Scripture memory passages. A great resource for the whole family! Download the free sample and take a look.

Life in the Word

Life in the Word: Learn to Study the Bible Accurately and Effectively

We designed Life in the Word for the older students (grades 7–12), to help them learn how to study the Bible accurately and effectively. Life in the Word guides students step by step through doing a word study, a Bible book study, a topical study, a narrative study, a character study, and more. As your student learns these steps and principles of Bible study, he will be prepared to continue studying the Bible on his own for the rest of his life.

The free sample includes the first three studies: a book study on James, a word study on faith, and a topical study on freedom.

We will return to our high school series next week and discuss Individualizing Your CM High School.
