This site is kind of amazing to me - lots and lots of full color full version childrens books to read online, and for every book you read, they will donate a paper book to a charity.
My kids sat together with the laptop on the sofa reading books for a long time this morning. I think we will be using this a lot. I have found several DK readers for my struggling reader to practice on... lots of non-fiction and classic picture books to be found also.

I checked out the site yesterday, too. It is great what they have to offer but unfortunately it won't work on the iPad. :(
I was wondering about that - that is too bad. Looks great on my widescreen laptop, though ;)

So did anyone read "Goodnight I-Pad?" Notice anything about the last page's illustration? That was my favorite part.....that and the fact that I was reading a picture book about technology/gadgets ONLINE. LOL :)

Kim - My kids thought that Goodnight iPad book was hilarious! A very well done parody and I loved that last page -- so sweet.
