Anyone have an inexpensive source of timeline figures? I’d like to get the homeschool in the woods set, but it’s too expensive at the moment. I’ve tried looking up historical figures as clipart, but it’s taking forever, and I’m coming up dry with several people.
My oldest isn’t at the point where drawing them would work well, as his drawings would be too big to fit the timeline we have.Any ideas are welcome!
CorieParticipantHave you put out ISO’s anywhere? I would try the WTM forums, Homeschool Classifieds and here! Oh, and the CM and Classic CM swaps. I purchased the entire Homeschool in the Woods disc set from another mama on the CM swap for an almost ridiculously reasonable price. Good luck!
TanyaParticipantI do a variety of things: free images online resized to what I want, draw something (even if it is representative – such as a crown for a king), postage stamps (I happened to have one with the Eiffel Tower on it, which is what we were studying), etc.
Hopefully these ideas will help a little if you can’t find the figures you want right now.
4myboysParticipantHow about these?

There are other sets, too.

I have about 90 figures in my eBook with direct links to free online figures. Would this be helpful?
