   I enjoyed the pics from the various seminars and the pics of the swedish drills... I searched the internet and found an original manual of Swedish Drill (public domain)FREE in PDF format!    Thanks for the link. I had never heard of swedish drill before until the DVD and didn't know what Sonya was talking about =)
