I copied this from a health magazine, you can double it:
24 oz. frozen strawberries (5 c.)
1/4 - 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. heavy cream (I sucked mine from my real milk)
Let thaw about 15-20 min.
Place w/sugar in blender and cream
Pour into shallow pan (I can't remember if I put it in a 2 qrt. or 4 qrt., but it needs to be shallow; if you put it in more deeply, it just needs freezing longer)
Freeze 1 hr.
**for peaches, use above and add 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
