    Alberta, Canada; seemingly in peaceful ranchlands, but in reality very near the limits of an army base.  About a month after we moved here I woke up around 1 am to the sounds of machine guns & bombs – had no idea what was going on in my sleepy stupor.  Now we’re used to it.

    I love seeing Wisconsin people on here! We just moved away last August (sooo sad!), but had spent the previous 20 years there between Waukesha, La Crosse, and Manitowoc. It brings me comfort just seeing anything related to or references to Wisconsin. 🙂

    New Gloucester, Maine 20 Min Northeast of Portland. Many homeschooling families here, we are blessed! Great S.E.E.D.S. co-op that meets weekly with 30 families just from New Gloucester and Gray. Not bad for small town rural-Maine.
