I wanted to share a Pizza Crust recipe with you while I am waiting for it to come out of the oven. I found it a while back and it is amazing since there is no rolling or dough handling...
1c. Whole Wheat Flour
1/8 tsp pepper
1 beaten egg
2/3 c. milk
Mix all together in one bowl...I usually add a bit more water to make it "pourable", and pour into pizza pan or dish.
Bake @ 400 degrees for 10 minutes, Remove, add sauce and toppings and pop back in oven until cheese is melted. Easy as pie!
