I posted a few days back about my best friend's 9 year old son who went to the doctor for a headache and two days later had a brain tumor removed. Well, the pathology report came back and it is a very aggressive form of cancer and the prognosis is in the few months range. Everyone is devastated. Please pray for Gerrit, his family including three younger siblings, and our daughter who is one of his best friends. We have not told her much yet and realize that "cancer" doesn't mean the same thing to kids as it does to us, but all the kids will learn how terrible cancer is in the coming months and it will be so hard on them. Thank you for your prayers.

We've been praying nightly for Gerritt and his family. My son (Danny 8yrs) has been asking daily if there is any update on Gerritt. So I thought I would check.
Our hearts and prayers have been with his family and yours since you posted this. We know that God has wrapped His mighty arms around Gerritt and all of you.
