My 2 year old son fell from the trampoline (long story) and gashed his head on Thursday morning. He now has 9 staples. Today he woke from his nap feverish and has vomited twice, has been lethargic and sleepy. Both the doctor and I think he picked up a tummy bug from the ER. He's sleeping well now. I'm praying for a full recovery and that it's a tummy bug unrelated to the head injury. I appreciate your prayers for him. I call him Hoover, because he eats everything in sight.

Thank you, ladies. He's had no more vomiting. He slept all night and seems better today. Says he's hungry, but we're going to try to keep liquids down first.

Did he hit his head, sounds like a concussion to me. Hope he feels better! Praying too..

Petitemom, a concussion is likely because of the fall from a height, but the vomiting is likely unrelated bc it was more than 48 hours later. I am watching him very closely, though. He's alert, playful and has kept down some gatorade and cheerios this am.
