   Okay, I hope this doesn't sound weird, but I have one copy on "hold".  I already have a copy, so I was thinking to buy it from the sale forum and send it along to someone who needs it - but we are in Canada and the shipping is too much.  Does anyone (in the US) want it?  It's $20 ppd.

   Let me know and I can try and direct you to the buyer, or buy it and have it sent to your address for the $20.  It's hardback, good condition with some bumping/wear to the corners.

   If in Canada, she wants $30ppd (crazy postal system!)
