I know that when I've used books and have not used all of the chapters I can organize it on the scheduler. For example if I've only used chapters 1,2,4,6 and 8 then I can organize that through the "Use Chapters" box when scheduling a resource. I just write each number down and put a comma in between them and it works!
I'm wondering if you can do exactly the same but just put the chapters in the order you want to use them in i.e 1,6,3,5,7 etc. It's worth trying and seeing if it works. If not then I'd probably just enter the resource again the way I want to use it.
Maybe someone else has a simpler idea though? :-)
