Hi!
I was wondering what you all did for the Bible memory verses.
I see that there are modules for this and I was planning on using it but I am concerned about one thing. We are doing Genesis through Deuteronomy and the first module for the memory verses has scripture verses from throughout the Bible. Do you think this will be confusing to the kids? If we are focusing on Genesis through Deuteronomy should we stick with memory verses in those books of the Bible?

It won't confuse them at all. Pick the verses that are imortant to you for their character, their walk w/the L-rd, the foundational teachings of G-d, etc; no matter where it's at in the Scripture.
I agree - we do memory verses that are important to us, in whatever books of scriptures, instead of right where we are reading. It also allows for a "connection" when they get to a verse they have memorized in their reading.... they go "hey, I know this one!"
