Logic/Rhetoric and Sing Spell Read and Write:)

I am looking to streamline our curriculum to be more CM aligned. THis was my first year and i LOVED it. I recently inhereited someone’s high school curriculum and sorting it was super easy as most didn’t fit CM. However, I received Classic Logic and Rhetoric of which I am clueless. http://www.memoriapress.com/curriculum/logic-and-rhetoric/traditional-logic-i.  Is it something worth keeping and or teaching?

Also, I have a to be 2nd grader who enjoys workbooks. Last year I purchased a Level 2 set of Sing, Spell, Read and Write thinking she’d love it. Is it okay to let her do it next year, or should I just simplify and stay away from ‘more’?Thanks!
