Homeschool Creations also has some color matching cards that include pink (not gray, though)
The Fishing for Numbers activity might be worth looking at: http://www.homeschoolshare.com/workbox.php
Hope that helped some.

http://makinglearningfun.com/themepages/shapes.htm (I love the "road" shapes for use with cars and/or play-doh). They have all the shapes incl. hearts and stars.

For numbers 11-25, I had a hard time finding a lot but I made my own activites using magnetic numbers and also using our Education Cubes and the printables for the numbers. We would roll them and call out the number. I also used an old 4x6 photo brag book and printed off those numbers in a large size and had the children copy them in their math notebooks. It has just taken a lot of repetition.
You can also use counters (beans, bears, etc.) to just count to 25. I found worksheets were not that effective for my two, but it may work for some.
Oh another wonderful thing we did when learning colors was go on a color scavenger hunt (idea from this link: http://www.1plus1plus1equals1.net/2009/09/1st-day-of-school/). I put ours into a photo book from CVS that I got for FREE with an e-blast. We still have them and they love to look through them. After we did those books, they knew their colors. I didn't include gray, which I wish I had now, but I had pink, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, brown, white and black. It was a lot of fun!

I forgot about http://www.filefoldergames.com. Look in preschool section for colors. If you print the black and white versions and color them yourself (or have your olders do it), you could make them any color you want.
