Changing scheduled resources … help!

What do I do when I’ve already scheduled a resource and then decide I’d like another type of division, or that I’d like to add the chapter titles, or if I’ve done a general resource without a book attached to it and then decide to use a book, etc.? How can I make those changes to the resource and not have to go all the way back through the steps of deleting the old version and scheduling the new improved version of the resource?
If you edit your resource (the divisions or whatever), you can then go into the scheduler and click on ‘edit’ beside the resource to change your scheduling. At the top it will say something like ‘There is a new version of this resource, do you want to use it?’ click on that, and the new version will be there. Go into the divisions to make sure what you need is scheduled, then save it all.
