    So I am going ahead and doing a study on book 6 in my home, starting July 8th at 2. I will send out the email about it to anyone else here who is interested. Thanks!

    live up on the west side of the U.P. Near the Porcupine mountains.  Plenty of trees here but not to many CMers. 🙂  (Middle of the forest ya know eh?)  🙂

    Where in the UP Chocodog, my hubby is from Traverse City – it is a lovely area, are you near there? We don’t get up there often now that his mom has passed on, but have spent some very nice trips there.

    Well, Missingtheshire, (love that username, btw), we are 2 1/2 hours south west of Traverse City. I have heard it is lovely. So sorry to you other ladies, also. We are far apart it seems. We are opposite of the Michigan ‘thumb’, west side of state, right near Lake Michigan. Tell you what though. I am thinking of posting some of our ‘study notes’ on my blog, The Passionate Homeschooler.  Maybe that would be a way to do the study with us?

    I know this is an old post, but i saw MI and CM and thought I’d try and find some south east Michiganders…..I’m in Oxford, North Oakland County. Anyone over here?

    I am also in michigan. I live near frand rapids. Would love to be involved in a cm group. Maybe we can all meet in a central location just to meet one another.

    I would be interested in setting up a conference call, right now my schedule is quite full and a trip even an hour away is not feasible.  Would be great if we can re-energize this discussion and get a North Oakland/Genesee County Group AND a Grand Rapids group going!

    Hi!

    Totally new here, but was wondering about Mi CM groups- seems like this is a super old thread so maybe i’ll be in luck.  I’m in Kalamazoo.  If anyone knows of a group near me I’d love to join it! Thanks!

    We are interested we have 5 children two are graduated and we also do foster care. Right now we have twins babies. We are located between Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids.
