JSpring, I believe the first book (that goes with module 1) is called On the Threshold of History. However, it is not as easy to find. We did module 1 last year and we did just fine without it. You can probably find replacements from the library if you want. If you do a search in this forum you should be able to find past discussions about the chapter titles that go with the lessons in module 1. That should help you with finding replacements. As for Mystery of the Hieroglyphs, I was able to find that a my library. Do you have easy acess to a good library or interlibrary loan?

Sorry that probably wasn't much help, but I wanted to answer your question about the title and to encourage you that it's not a big deal if you don't have that book. Don't let that stress you out!
