That worked perfect. I didn't have one of the devices syncing over wifi, once I corrected that we were good. Thanks!!

There are a couple ways. First, be sure to go to the Settings app on your iOS devices, scroll down to iBooks, and turn on Sync Collections.

1. If you use iCloud Backup and have all of the devices on the same account then they should sync.

2. If you set up iTunes Wi-Fi Sync for each device then it should sync your books whenever iTunes is running on the master computer and you plug your devices in to charge (or manually tell them to sync).

Do you guys have any tips on syncing your ipad books to your itunes account? I can view them fine on my ipad, but have to download to each device instead of it all being there on the account.

You can also print from an iPad. You need to have an AirPrint compatible printer or install FingerPrint on a computer to receive print requests and pass them on to your printer.

Our PDF books do work on an iPad or Kindle Fire, but because both of those devices scale a PDF file to fit the screen, we recommend trying the free samples first. That way, you can see if the text will be too small to read. It tends to work well with the smaller books, but can be harder to read with 8.5 x 11" books like Visits to Africa.

I am wanting to get ebooks of The Stuff They Left Behind and Visits to Africa, but am wanting to make sure those will work on my iPad before purchasing.

Will they also work on a Kindle Fire?  Thanks!

I wasn't very clear before.    Let me try again.  Every Kindle has an email address that you can use to send personal documents to you Kindle.  The adress will be XXXXXX @ kindle.com.  If you email a document to the kindle email it will end up in your documents which is located at the top of your home screen (called "Docs")

To find out your kindle email address go to Amazon > Kindle (under department on the left)  > Manage Your Kindle.  On the menu on the left click on Manage Your Devices.  You should see you device listed with a "Send-to-Kindle Email address."  This is the email you send your document to.

Thank you for the tips. I found it in the top left corner then it went away like you said after I opened it. I have it in my kindle email but it isn't in my docs. It's just in my email. How do I save it from email to docs?

Katiebeth1, what kind of Kindle do you have? I just tried downloading a free e-book with a Kindle Fire. It wasn't clear where the book went, but there was a notification in the top bar that took me right to the book. It looks like downloaded files go into the web browser's Downloads folder.

It appears that there isn't an easy way to move files out of the downloads folder on the Kindle. If you add the file from a computer as Amazon describes in their support documentation, you can put it in the Documents folder where it will be more readily accessible.

If you have a Kindle Fire you tap or swipe on the top left corner where the Kindle name is.  It should bring up your downloads.  After you open it once, though, you won't find it there anymore.

To permanantly store the files on your Kindle you will need to email it to your Kindle email.  It is located in your Kindle account.  Then the files will be stored in documents.

I'm trying to download the free ebooks to our kindle and have been unsuccessful. I purchased them for free from the SCM book store, and opened the email with the downloadable links in the web browser. When click on the the link it says starting download, then nothing happens and I can't find it anywhere. Is there a different way I should be doing this? Help please : )

Does anyone know where the California book discussion is held. It is listed as Orange county & Redondo Beach, but no other info. I would love to attend if anyone knows. Thank You
